Psychology behind Talent Manifestation

Psychology behind Talent Manifestation

Everyone has a talent. Talent is a natural strength. Too many people don’t discover their talent because they are looking in the wrong place. Too many people make their weaknesses their primary focus and overlook their talent.

How can you find your talent? You have to be self-aware. You must know who you are and who you are not. From self-awareness you will discover what you are really good at doing. And this will be something that just comes natural to you. For some people, it may be something physical and for others it may be something intellectual. Whatever it is, it must be discovered.

Why is manifesting your talent important? We are all born with certain strengths and weaknesses. Our strengths benefit the world because our strengths are others’ weaknesses. Thus, instead of making your weaknesses your primary focus, find others that can complete you. Becoming a balanced individual is the ultimate goal in life, but we cannot be balanced alone. The world depends on the expression of your strengths (talent), not the improvement of your weaknesses.

How should we use our weaknesses? Our weaknesses are meant to be a temporary distraction so that we can further appreciate our strengths. We should take time to embrace our weaknesses only to further appreciate our strengths. Too many people make their weaknesses their primary focus, as if they are trying to possess societal standards of “perfection”.

There is no perfection. Once a weakness is no longer a weakness, another weakness will replace it. That cycle is not beneficial to you or the world. We are all a manifestation of something bigger than ourselves, and when we embrace that, we find fulfillment.

Psychology behind social media influence

Psychology behind social media influence

The purpose of utilizing social media is to express wealth. There are five different forms of wealth: money and possessions, health and fitness, mind power, relationships, and time. The ultimate goal of social media, however, is to express the value of our relationships.

Of all the wealth forms, relationships is the most valuable. Specifically, an abundance of long term relationships is the ultimate goal of all people. This is the ultimate goal because people can’t know too many people.

Having an abundance of long term relationships is not to be misconstrued as having an abundance of fans. Fans do not know an individual personally. Fans only know what they’ve been allowed to know.

Real long term relationships are relationships that have utmost trust and loyalty. This is the type of wealth that is difficult to come by. Initially, mind power usually help you get these type of relationships. Some people have gotten these type of relationships through money and possessions.

Mind power is all about providing value to others by using what we know. As we see people as valuable, they will be valuable to us. Thus, in return, they will invest in us for the long term. From there, we can use social media to express how trusting we are.

Psychology behind willpower

Psychology behind willpower

Willpower is the ability to use the present moment to pursue long term worthwhile goals despite all short term temptations to not pursue it.

Willpower is finite for given time periods but it does recharge. Most people waste willpower by lying. The lie that most people express is incongruence. This is when people’s nonverbal communication isn’t in alignment with their verbal communication. For example, people try to manipulate others when interacting them instead of being in the present moment and honestly expressing their emotions.

When people are not expressing their emotions, they are expressing their logic. Thus, when people aren’t embracing their hearts, they are embracing their brains. The brain is the place where people think long term. The only purpose of willpower is to pursue and accomplish long term goals by using the present moment.

Once people have started using their willpower effectively and efficiently, the easier it becomes to be present in moment. While being present in the moment, willpower recharges. The greater charge we can give our willpower, the stronger our willpower will become. The stronger our willpower, the more long term worthwhile goals we can accomplish.

Psychology behind flow states

Psychology behind flow states

A flow state is about being completely present in the moment. Being present in the moment is about embracing the being of your body, or heart, and not your head (or brain). This means that you aren’t thinking about the future or past. All you are thinking about is the present moment and you are letting every stimuli in your environment affect your emotions to some extent. This is a flow state.

There are two types of flow states. One flow state is productive and the other flow state is nonproductive.

Nonproductive flow states are flow states that do not subconsciously push you in the direction of your long term goals. The most common nonproductive flow state is contemplation. Most nonproductive flow states have little long term value. For example, depending on what’s being contemplated, it could have tremendous value.

Productive flow states are uncommon because this requires work. This type of flow state requires people to actively embrace the moment as they strive toward a long term goal. Thinking long term is thinking about the future. Pondering the future is not being present in the moment because you are inside your head. Thus, the hardest flow state to enter is the productive flow state because the brain and heart are conflicting.

Productive flow states lead to the success of all successful people. Life is about work. Work is another word for “striving toward a goal”. The more goals you can achieve that are worthwhile, the more of a success you become. To achieve the worthwhile goals, you must enter a productive flow state.

What does a productive flow state feel like? A productive flow state is self-fulfilling. You know that the more you are forcing yourself to do, the more you are currently benefiting. It is as if you are on autopilot. You feel as if you are receiving benefits equal to the amount of effort you are giving simultaneously in the present moment. This state is where passions are created. Wherever people are describing what their passion feels like, this is what they are referring to… a productive flow state. It is self-fulfilling.

If people could live in productive flow states, they would. The more they put into those moments, the more they receive.

Why do people get out of productive flow states? People must get out of productive flow states to appreciate productive flow states. As a result, people either choose to not enter a flow state or choose a nonproductive flow state. Overall, to fully appreciate the benefits of a productive flow state is to occasionally remind the heart, or the body, about the alternative.

Psychology behind sleep, health, and success

Psychology behind sleep, health, and success

Sleeping is very important and a lack of it can have a ripple effect damaging your health and future success.

Sleeping is a recovery process. People need to recover from working. Life is work. If people don’t recover properly, they can’t continue to work. If people can’t continue to work, they can’t continue to live. Thus, people die.

What happens if people don’t get enough sleep? People will not be fully recovered. This can cause detrimental effects on people’s health. If people aren’t healthy, they can’t function to their maximum capacity. If people cannot function to high enough capacity, they can’t be successful. If people cannot function to their maximum capacity, they cannot sustain success. Thus, sleep can affect your success.

Psychology behind momentum

Psychology behind momentum

The ability to do something is much easier when you have already done it or have a history of doing things you have never done before. This phenomenon is called momentum. Depending on how you harness your momentum determines whether or not your future will have a lot of positive results or a lot of negative results.

Similar psychology theories such as “decision paralysis” or “analysis paralysis” are built off the foundation of momentum. Decision paralysis states that the longer it takes for someone to make a decision, the more likely they are to not make a decision. Analysis paralysis is very similar because it states that the more someone analyzes, the more they will continue to analyze. Typically, analysis paralysis leads to overanalyzing and inability of being present in the moment.

Momentum is all about being present in the moment. Most people called this “the flow” of life. Everyone has specific activities that they can do and become in a natural “flow”. In this flow, people don’t think too much or too little. In this flow, people are fully present and only focus on their emotions at that particular moment.

Harnessing the ability to be in the moment is very difficult for people who like to think because it requires the willingness to forgo one’s consciousness and trust their subconscious for guidance.

Naturally in life, everyone gets into a “flow” state without actually realizing they are in a flow state. The actions they take in this flow state will be the result of their subconscious momentum to get things done or to not get things done.

The more things people can accomplish and get the done, the more momentum they will have. Because they will have more momentum, it is easier to continue doing what the subconscious is used to doing.

Basically, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer because of the amount of momentum they’ve built up. It is easier for most poor people to continue being poor because they’ve always been poor and have established a momentum to stay poor. It is also easier for most rich people to continue being rich because they’ve also been rich and have established a momentum to stay rich.

How is momentum established? Momentum is established as a result of ingrained habits. 7 habits of highly effective people is a great book to help build positive momentum and establish habits that will culminate to positive results. Most people, however, accumulate habits that culminate to negative results. And because most people have a history of negative results, it is easier to continue having negative results because they’ve subconsciously built a momentum for it.

In conclusion, accomplishing goals now, in the present moment, will make it easier to accomplish goals later in life. This is true because you would have built positive momentum. Failing to accomplish goals now will make it easier to fail at accomplishing goals later in life because you would have built a negative momentum. Thus, the actions taken in the present moment will always affect our future momentum (hence the “moment” in the word “momentum”).

Psychology behind 2 options of life

Psychology behind 2 options of life

In life, all humans have two options and two options only. We can either do nothing while waiting to die OR we can set goals and strive to achieve them every day of our lives.

Setting goals and achieving them is the only thing that makes life worth living. Without goals, life is boring. Thus, people who often become bored don’t have enough goals or goals that are worthwhile.

Doing nothing is the easy option in life. To do nothing is to die, because that is what dead people do… nothing.

Why don’t most people set worthwhile goals? Most people are constantly fighting an internal battle. Their conscious mind wants to do nothing because they’ve been socially conditioned by society that the ultimate goal of life is to one day do less work. Simultaneously, their subconscious mind wants to do something because it knows that as long as the heart is beating, there is work to be done. When the conscious mind and subconscious mind is not in alignment, people have a tendency to wander. When wandering, most people are actively doing nothing.

After building a history of consistently wander through life, most people begin to associate their identity as a wanderer. When people believe they are a wanderer, they can’t believe they are a person who set goals and achieve them. When you can’t believe you are a person who set goals and them, you can’t believe you are a successful person. And if you don’t believe you are a successful person, it is difficult to achieve success.

People who do not want to achieve to success in life are the people who passively do nothing.

Wanderers want to achieve success but they can’t get out of their internal fight. They are forever stuck between the two options of life until they decide to change their identity. In conclusion, life is about setting goals and achieving them. On the contrary, death is about doing nothing. Thus, we can either live or die OR we can live and die.
