Psychology behind following your dreams

Psychology behind following your dreams

It’s good for people to follow their dreams, but there is one thing people fail to remember. Some dreams are meant to be and some dreams are just meant to be dreams.

In most cases, people are likely to get discouraged by that last sentence. Few people become encouraged by it. They become encouraged by it because they understand that if they have a lot of dreams (or goals), that will accomplish a lot more than if they only have few dreams.

When it comes to following dreams, most people are making two crucial mistakes. They are not dreaming enough and they are not putting in enough hours to make their dreams a reality.

Some people are hardworking. These people are willing to put in hours to make their dreams become a reality. Typically, when they fail to be successful, it is due to lack of dreams. They need to dream more and set more goals. Some dreams are just meant to be dreams. For hardworking individuals, success is a numbers game. They will have failure after failure before finally succeeding. But if they quit after a few failures, they will never succeed.

Some people dream too much. These types of people have so many dreams that they are indecisive when it comes to commitment. If you can’t commit to dreams, they will never become a reality. For these type of people, time invested is the primary problem. To make any dream a reality, there is a minimum amount of hours that must be invested.

When following your dreams, you have to find a proper balance in order for them to become a reality. This is the information we should have learnt growing up. Having 3-5 big goals is sufficient as long as you are constantly working around the clock to achieve those goals.
