Psychology behind having friends

Psychology behind having friends

Most people underestimate the value of having friends. Friends are an irreplaceable asset. We are not friends with our friends because of who they are, we are friends with our friends because of how they support who we are. And we are what we do.

As people start doing different things, they become friends with people who support the action of doing those things. People are known by what they do. We are defined by our actions. The friends we have is a representation of what we do.

What is the value in friendship? The value in a friendship is in constant change. A friend is valuable at different times contingent upon the circumstances. This is why having a variety of friends is important.

Too many people have too few friends. Friends are one of many things money can’t buy. However, money may give some people the opportunities to make friends.

At the end of life, the more friends someone have, the happier they tend to feel. Life is meant to be shared and everyone’s life is unique. The more people your life can be shared with, the better experience life will turn out to be.
