Sleeping
is very important and a lack of it can have a ripple effect damaging your
health and future success.
Sleeping
is a recovery process. People need to recover from working. Life is work. If
people don’t recover properly, they can’t continue to work. If people can’t
continue to work, they can’t continue to live. Thus, people die.
What
happens if people don’t get enough sleep? People will not be fully recovered.
This can cause detrimental effects on people’s health. If people aren’t
healthy, they can’t function to their maximum capacity. If people cannot
function to high enough capacity, they can’t be successful. If people cannot
function to their maximum capacity, they cannot sustain success. Thus, sleep
can affect your success.
